BlackVue New App Version (3.4.1)

1. ACCOUNT CREATION

For the new version BlackVue Apps 3.4.1,

A new BlackVue users are require to create an account by using an email account.
Existing BlackVue users who already have a cloud account, they can use back the same account to log in

Input user name.
Input user's email address.
Create the account password.
Read and understand the terms and conditions and tick on the terms.
Click on " Create Account With Email"
A 6-digit confirmation code will send to the user registered email for verification.
Retrieve the 6 digit code from the registered user email address.
A sample 6 digit code to retrieve from registered user email address.
Input the 6 digit code and click “Confirm”
You have successfully registered an account to access BlackVue Apps.

Click on the menu bar "Camera"
Click on add camera "+Camera"
Select "Seamless Pairing" for dashcam that do have seamless pairing feature.
Dashcams that have seamless pairing features: DR900X, DR750X ..
Once selected. click on "Next"
Locate the dashcam SSID and click on it.
Place your hand on the dashcam touch sensor to pair it.
Once paired, it will shown on screen.
Camera now is added and verified. Click "Next".
Select "Allow" or "Don't Allow" for GPS speed and location tracking.
Select "Allow" or "Don't Allow" for contributing the Live Event Upload videos for BlackVue community to view.
Click "Later" if do not wish to set the cloud connection settings.
Click "Register and connect" if wish to set the cloud connection settings.
Select "SIM card" to set the SIM card setting then click "Next".
New SIM card will be detected with the information shown.
Input the SIM card Telco APN and click "Save".
Example: Telco: M1 APN: sunsurf
Telco: Singtel APN: e-ideas
Once SIM card is activated, cloud connection is established. Click "Ok".
Camera will be listed in the BlackVue Apps list . Click on the camera.
User will have access to the added camera settings and functions.
User can switch to Wi-Fi connection by swiping to the "Wi-Fi"
Click "Join" for Wi-Fi connections.
Once Wi-Fi is connected, the Wi-Fi icon will lit up

Click on the menu bar "Camera"
Click on add camera "+Camera"
Select "Wi-Fi Models" only for dashcam that do not have seamless pairing feature.
Dashcams that do not have seamless pairing feature : DR590X, DR590W, DR650, DR750S ..
Once selected, click "Next"
To verify the dashcam that need to be added, user has to go to phone setting.
-Phone Setting - Wi-Fi connection
Find the dashcam SSID that need to be connected.
Input the password for the selected dashcam.
Password can be found at the box of the dashcam or at the dashcam body itself.
Dashcam is connected once password is verified.
Go back BlackVue App and click "Continue".
The camera is successfully verified by the BlackVue App.
Go back to phone setting Wi-Fi connection , to disconnect the Wi-Fi connection.
Once disconnected, go to BlackVue App and click on "Continue".
A success verified camera will be added to the list and click on "Next".
Click "Later" , if do not want to proceed for cloud connection.
Turn on and connect back Wi-Fi connection to the dashcam.
Camera will be listed in the User BlackVue App list.
User will have the access to the added camera.
