VUEROID APP INITIAL SETUP TUTORIAL
1.0 APP DOWNLOAD AND INSTALLING
1.1 App Store Download

Search for "Vueroid" and download the app.

For Android users, please download the app from "Google Play".

For IOS users, please download the app from "App Store"
1.2 Wi-Fi Application Connection

Turn "ON" the Wi-Fi button on the dashcam.

Open Vueroid App.
-
Tap on "OK" once the pop-up screen is shown and it says "Connect to device".

In the Wi-Fi network listing, click on the VUEROID dashcam SSID in the form of "VUEROID_D21_ULTRA_XXXXXX"

Key in the password. Default password is "12345678"
In the event unable to connect to Wi-Fi Apps, ensure
- Turn off mobile data plan network or switch on airplane mode.
- Turn on the location services.
1.3 Wi-Fi Application Start-up Screen

Wi-Fi Status : Display Wi-Fi status and the name of the connected device.

Wi-Fi Connect : Enable or Disable Wi-Fi connection.

Live Viewer : View the front / rear live stream and ADAS settings

File Viewer : Find the recording files in different folders

History : Find the trip data and travel routes by dates.

Setting : Allow user to get unit’s settings switched.
2.0 SETTING
2.1 Live View
1. Left/Right Reverse : Switch to Left / Right viewing image.
2. Snapshot : Capture the display image.
3. Full Screen : Display the full screen
4. CH (Front/Rear) : Switch to Front / Rear camera image.
5. ADAS Setting : Initialize the ADAS calibration setting. Enable or disable following functions

2.2 Safety Camera Alert & Advanced Driver- Assistance System (ADAS)
2.2.1 Initial Setting
Dashcam units that purchased in Singapore are pre-loaded Singapore Safety Camera Alerts Firmware.
1. Safety Camera Alert - When the vehicle approaches or passes the speed limit zone, the safety camera alert system will collect GPS signals and safety camera data.
2. Click on "Setting" to choose the Safety Camera Country Setting.
2.2.2 Safety Camera Alert

Cyclops alert the driver of upcoming speed and red light cameras so it helps drivers reduce their speed and make journeys safer for everyone on the roads.
2.2.3 Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS)
1. Advanced Driver-Assistance System (ADAS) consists of
- Lane Departure Warning System (LDWS)
- Front Vehicle Start Alarm (FVSA)
- Forward Collision Warning System (FCWS)
- Rear Collision Warning System (RCWS)
- Pedestrian Detection Front/Rear (PD)
2.2.4 Setting
1. Safety Camera Alert and ADAS can be Enable or Disable by each function accordingly.
2. To enable or disable the safety camera alert, click on the Live View
3. Click on ADAS Setting.
4. Click on ADAS Setting Icon
5. To enable swipe to the right and to disable swipe to left accordingly to user preferences.
6. Once selected, click "OK"
2.2.5 Adjustment of ADAS Alignment
1. Adjustment of alignment of ADAS setting can be set by moving the ADAS grid line.
2. Go to Live Viewer then select ADAS setting to adjust the ADAS
2.2.5.1 Front View - ADAS Alignment
1. Select CH1 - Front View Liew Viewer
2. Touch and move the screen to align "Vehicle Center" and "Bonnet" line displayed on the ADAS setting screen.
3. Align the vertical green line "Vehicle Center" to the center of the vehicle within the recommended grid .
4. Align the horizon blue line "Bonnet" to the bonnet of the vehicle within the recommended grid .
5. Press to save the setting.
2.2.5.2 Rear View - ADAS Alignment
1. Select CH2 - Rear View Liew Viewer
2. Touch and move the screen to align "Vehicle Center" and "Trunk" line displayed on the ADAS setting screen.
3. Align the vertical green line "Vehicle Center" to the center of the vehicle within the recommended grid .
4. Align the horizon blue line "Trunk" to the trunk of the vehicle within the recommended grid .
5. Press to save the setting.
2.3 Vueroid Dashcam Setting
To change the dashcam setting , click on "Setting" icon.
2.3.1 Recording
2.3.1.1 Image Quality
- Choose the type of "Image Quality" to be set .
- Select "HIGH" or "MID" or "LOW"
- Click "OK" once selected.
- Once saved, the dashcam will restart itself.
2.3.1.2 Voltage Cut-Off
Voltage Cut-Off allows user to choose a few pre set voltage cut off options.
The dashcam will stop recording once detected low voltage or voltage cut time (whichever comes first) during the parking mode recording.
- Click on "Voltage Cut-Off" to be set.
- Select the voltage value to be set.
- Click "OK" once selected.
2.3.1.3 Voltage Cut-Off Time
Voltage Cut-Off Time allows user to choose a few pre set timer cut off options or disable the timer cut off.
The dashcam will stop recording once detected low voltage or voltage cut time (whichever comes first) during the parking mode recording.
- Click on "Voltage Cut-Off Time" to be set.
- Select the cut time to be set.
- Click "OK" once selected.
2.3.1.4 Parking Record Auto
To enable or disable parking mode recording
Parking mode recording only able to activate if the dashcam power supply cable is hard wired.
There is no parking mode is using 12V power cigarette connection.
- Click on "Parking Record Auto" to be set .
- Select "ON" or "OFF".
- Click "OK" once selected.
2.3.1.5 Parking Record
During the parking mode recording, user can choose either based on time lapse recording or recording after motion detected.
- Click on "Parking Record" to be set .
- Select "Time Lapse" or "Motion".
- Click "OK" once selected.
Time Lapse
- Records footage at 1 frame per second, enabling it to record long periods of parking surveillance continuously without increasing power consumption and large space of SD memory card.
- 7 seconds per video file. Each video file contains 100 seconds recorded video.
Motion
- Monitor and capture any motion around the vehicle for potential vandalism attempts.
- 30 seconds per video file.
2.3.1.6 Parking Mode Event Alert
Parking mode event alert will notify the user if there is any event recorded during parking mode once the dashcam is changed from parking mode to normal mode.
- Click on "Parking Mode Event Alert" to be set .
- Select "ON" or "OFF".
- Click "OK" once selected.
2.3.1.7 Parking Record FPS
If 2.3.1.11 Parking Mode is selected to either "Normal" or "HDR", the parking record resolution FPS (frame per second) can be set to "Low" or "Mid" or "High".
2.3.1.8 Driving Record
During the driving mode recording, user can choose either based on time lapse recording or normal recording.
- Click on "Driving Record" to be set .
- Select "Time Lapse" or "Normal".
- Click "OK" once selected.
- Once saved, the dashcam will restart itself.
Once the Driving Record setting is switch to either one setting Normal Recording or Time Lapse Recording, the dashcam itself will auto format the SD card.
Please ensure to save out any important videos/files before to change this setting
Default setting: Normal Recording
Normal Recording
- 1 minute per video file.
Time Lapse -
- Records footage at 1 frame per second, enabling it to record long periods of parking surveillance continuously without increasing power consumption and large space of SD memory card.
- 20 seconds per video file. Each video file contains 5 minutes of recorded video.
2.3.1.9 Low Power Mode
Low Power Mode enhances the dashcam energy saving in parking mode.
Once the Low Power Mode function is activated, the dashcam will consume very low power while on standby and only will start to record upon an impact.
This will help to converse the power especially when you will be away from your car for a longer period of time.
- Click on "Low Power Mode" to be set .
- Select "ON" or "OFF".
- Click "OK" once selected.
Dashcam will not record upon any motion but only starts to record upon a strong motion impact.
2.3.1.10 Driving Mode
During driving recording, the recording can be set as follows
- "Normal" is just a normal recording without any enhancement features to the recorded videos.
- "High Dynamic Range (HDR)" improves the contrast in a video while maintaining clarity in high contrast or low-light conditions. This means the whole scene looks more like how your eyes see it.
- "Ultra License Plate Capture" is the NEW feature that license plate information can be obtained more accurately even in low-light environments.
- Click on "Driving Mode" to be set .
- Select "Normal", "HDR" or "Ultra LP Capture".
- Click "OK" once selected.
- Once saved, the dashcam will restart itself.
2.3.1.11 Parking Mode
During parking recording, the recording can be set as follows
- "Normal" is just a normal recording without any enhancement features to the recorded videos.
- "High Dynamic Range (HDR)" improves the contrast in a video while maintaining clarity in high contrast or low-light conditions. This means the whole scene looks more like how your eyes see it.
- "Ultra Night Vision" is to improve the clarity of recordings even in low-light environments.
- Click on "Parking Mode" to be set .
- Select "Normal", "HDR" or "Ultra Night Vision".
- Click "OK" once selected.
2.3.1.12 Rear Record In Parking
This function allows user to choose the Rear camera whether to record or not during parking mode.
- Click on "Rear Record In Parking" to be set .
- Select "ON" or "OFF"
- Click "OK" once selected.
2.3.2 Event
2.3.2.1 Sensitivity - Driving Impact, Parking Impact, Front Motion and Rear Motion
Settings for impact and motion event sensitivity while driving and parking.

- Click on type of Event to be set .
- Select "Off", "Low", "Mid" or "High"
- Click "OK" once selected.
2.3.3 Sound
2.3.3.1 Voice Recording
Voice recording can be set to turn on or off in the recorded videos.
- Off - No voice recording at all.
- On - Continuous voice recording.
- Event Only - Only voice recorded for the event recorded files.
- Event + Park - Voice recorded for event recorded files and during parking mode.
- Click on "Voice Recording" to be set .
- Select "Off", "On", "Event Only" or "Event Park"
- Click "OK" once selected.
2.3.3.2 Speaker Volume
Speaker Volume - Speaker volume can be adjusted accordingly or to be turn on or turn off.
2.3.3.3 Event Notification
Event Notification - Event Notification sounds can be turn "On" or "Off".
2.3.4 Time
2.3.4.1 Standard Time, Daylight Saving Time and Time Setting
The following time function can be set accordingly

Standard Time - Time setting can be set manually or choose the correct region time zone GMT.

Daylight Saving Time - Not applicable to Singapore Region. Default setting is "OFF"

2.3.5 Memory
2.3.5.1 Memory Allocation
Memory Assign - This function allows user to choose to prioritize the recorded videos in the memory card allocation.

2.3.5.2 SD Card Format
User can use the apps to format the SD card.
Please note that once formatted, all the videos inside the SD card will be erased.
2.3.6 System
2.3.6.1 Security LED and Rear Security LED
For the Security LED and Rear Security LED can be set to turn "ON or "OFF"
2.3.6.2 Speed and Driving Speed Recording
Speed - To set vehicle speed limit unit if the "Speed Mode" is turn on. It can be set to "Km/h" or "m/h".
Speed Mode - To turn "On" or "Off" whether to capture the driving speed limit in the recorded videos.
2.3.6.3 Wi-Fi Auto On and Wi-Fi Bandwidth.
Wi-Fi Auto On - To set the Wi-Fi function to auto "On" or "Off" when the dashcam is powered up.
Wi-Fi Bandwidth - To choose "5GHz" or "2.4GHz" Wi-Fi bandwidth.
5GHz band provide 4 times faster Wi-Fi data transfer, ensuring smooth video previewing, downloading, and sharing.
Furthermore, support a 2.4GHz band so select and use one of the band depending on the environment you are using.
2.3.6.4 Rename Wi-Fi AP and Change Password
Wi-Fi AP - Allow user to change the Wi-Fi AP name
Change Password - Password can be change with 8-16 alphabet or digits. Default Password: "12345678"
2.3.6.5 Firmware Upgrade, System Information, Reset
Firmware Upgrade - Any latest firmware will be notified and can be update.
System Information - Dashcam model and firmware version will be shown in the information.
Reset - To reboot the dashcam back to factory default setting.

5.0 HISTORY
Yours Itineraries can be safely stored in the History Menu so that you can access all your previous car rides.
Plus, Travel-log drive will help drivers or fleet managers to find a vehicle’s current Location using the VUEROID Mobile app.
Captured by the VUEROID Built-in antenna, the vehicle’s location, speed, and direction of travel is shown in the mobile app on a Google maps display.
It logs every trip you take and reports like mileage and trip time, as well as any impact events that might have occurred on the road.
